Northbrook Public Library
Zoom Room 2 - Fiction & MediaThis generative writing workshop invites participants to write from moments of transition.
This generative writing workshop invites participants to write from moments of transition—times when something was ending, beginning, or quietly shifting. Using short prompts rooted in memory, sensory detail, and embodied awareness, we’ll explore how the body holds stories the mind sometimes avoids. The session will include guided writing, optional sharing, and concrete techniques participants can return to in their own practice.
This workshop will be held virtually via Zoom Meetings. This program is in partnership with StoryStudio Chicago.
