Experience the strength, grace, and burn of traditional Barre—without the Barre. This class will strengthen your core, legs, and glutes while improving posture and mobility.
This class blends ballet-inspired movement with Pilates, balance work, and functional strength training to sculpt long, lean muscles using only your bodyweight.
Participants will be able to use a chair if needed.
