The International Children’s Film Festival not only provides quality entertainment to young audiences. It offers them global perspectives and teaches them to develop healthy tech habits, according to Nicole Dreiske, curator and author of The Upside of Digital Devices: How to Make Your Child More Screen Smart®, Literate, and Emotionally Intelligent.
At the festival, children will learn how to watch a movie "with their minds awake" and then vote for their favorite film. After the screening, attendees are invited to stay for a hybrid Q&A with film directors appearing in person and remotely.
This world-class line-up of children's films includes three US premieres and five Chicago premieres! “Imagination Station” will appeal to children ages 5 to 10, but even older kids will find something fun in this international mini-festival.
