Courtney Fong (Moderator), the Chief Legal Officer and Chief Privacy Officer of CompTIA, the world’s largest technology trade association focused on training and educating learners for careers in technology. Courtney also serves as the General Counsel of the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association and is a past president of the Chinese American Bar Association of Greater Chicago.
Rey E. de la Cruz, Ed.D., a correspondent for "Positively Filipino," a digital magazine based in San Francisco. An educationalist, he originated and disseminated the use of the ancient Philippine board game sungka as a teaching strategy. Also, he is a playwright and children's book author.
Anna Guevarra, the Founding Director and Associate Professor in the Global Asian Studies Program at the University of Illinois Chicago. She is an interdisciplinary scholar working on projects that tell stories of migration, labor, and race and gender formations including those pertaining to robotics, food studies, carework, gentrification, and solidarity movements. She is the author of numerous works including Marketing Dreams and Manufacturing Heroes: The Transnational Labor Brokering of Filipino Workers, and co-founder of a public history project called “Dis/Placements: A People’s History of Uptown, Chicago.” Dr. Guevarra works and volunteers with Chicago-based community organizations that focus on issues of racial and economic justice, immigration rights, and cross-racial solidarity work.
Won Joon (Kevin) Lee, a Youth Organizer at the HANA Center. He is from Seoul, Republic of Korea, and has been in the U.S. since he was 15 as an international student. He is passionate about amplifying Youth voices to be at the center of making changes in our society.
Yvonne Wolf, an intercultural consultant and founder of Chinese Intercultural, offers business communication strategies, consultation, and training services to business executives working with Chinese and East Asian partners.
