This hands-on workshop introduces essential Google Workspace applications, including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Calendar. Participants will learn how to navigate the Google Workspace environment, create and share documents, manage emails effectively, and collaborate in real-time. This workshop is ideal for those new to Google Workspace or seeking to improve their efficiency with its tools.
Prerequisites for Participants:
✅ Basic Computer and Internet Skills – Ability to use a keyboard and mouse, navigate a web browser, and access websites.
✅ Familiarity with Email – Basic understanding of sending, receiving, and organizing emails (even if not in Gmail).
✅ Comfort with Logging into Online Accounts – Ability to sign in and out of web-based services using a username and password.
✅ Willingness to Learn and Experiment – Openness to exploring new tools and features within Google Workspace.
Recommended but Not Required:
🔹 A Google Account (Gmail) set up before the workshop – Participants should come with a Google account ready to use.
🔹 Basic File Management Knowledge – Understanding how to create, rename, and organize files on a computer.
🔹 Some familiarity with Microsoft Office or other productivity software – Helps with understanding similarities and differences but is not essential.
