Ready to level up your cookout game? Join cookbook author and culinary instructor Emily Paster for a flavorful and practical presentation that will cover the essential techniques behind great summer grilling. She will break down the difference between direct and indirect hear, how to manage temperature zones, and when to cover the grill versus leave it open. You will learn the trick to grill a variety of proteins, from juice steaks and perfectly cooked chicken to tender seafooa and plant-based options.
It will also demystify marinades: what they do (and what they don't), how long to marinate different foods, and how to build balanced flavorful combinations using oil, acid, aromatics, and spices.
