Storyteller and actress Paddy Lynn portrays Irena Sendler, a Polish social worker during WWII who smuggled 2,500 Jewish children out of the Warsaw Ghetto.
Irena was arrested and sent to prison where she was interrogated and tortured. With the help of the Polish underground, she was released and went into hiding. Irena and her helpers never veered from their mission to save lives no matter the cost. Storyteller Paddy Lynn uses photos from World War II as the backdrop for her one-woman show.
