Cookbook author and culinary instructor Emily Paster will demonstrate water-bath canning, a safe and convenient method of home food preservation. She will also discuss food safety, canning dos and don’ts, and the equipment needed to get started. You will leave with the confidence to begin preserving the harvest at home. Samples provided.
