Dr. Ibram X. Kendi, one of the country's leading antiracist voices, and the #1 New York Times bestselling author, National Book Award winner, and historian, will discuss his book, How To Be An Antiracist. The book asks us to think about what an antiracist society might look like, and how we can play an active role in building it. An essential book for anyone who wants to go beyond an awareness of racism to the next step of contributing to the formation of a truly just and equitable society.

This event will be held live online using Zoom. The registration link will take you to Zoom to register for the event. You will receive a confirmation from "Your Library" with the meeting login link.

Advance registration is required for all of our virtual programs. You do not need a library card to register. You only need to register once for each program, even if more than one person in your household will be attending the program.
