Join writer Christina Drill for a workshop on using memory in creative writing.
What happens to a memory when you write it down? How does a lived experience warp and change as it becomes a work of creative writing? In this generative course, we will learn how to grant ourselves the permission to craft evocative, moving stories with strong points of view using our memories and/or lived experiences. We'll take a look at tone, POV, story structure, and discuss paths to publication.
In partnership with StoryStudio Chicago.
This event will be held live online using Zoom. Once you have registered, check your email the day of the program for a link to join the meeting.
