Virtual Programs & RingCentral

When you join a virtual program, you will be asked to download and use the RingCentral Meetings application for your device. If you don't want to or are not able to download an application, you are able to dial in by phone too.

Download the Application


Join with a Computer

  1. Click the meeting link in the email invite you receive from the library.
  2. You will be redirected to meetings.ringcentral.com in your web browser. The application should begin to download automatically. Click the blue link if the application does not automatically download or visit the download page.
  3. Once the download is completed, click on the box labeled "RingCentral Meetings" in the lower left-hand corner of your browser to start the installation.
  4. Click "Run" to complete the installation of the RingCentral Meetings app. Once the download is complete, you will enter the meeting.

Join with a Smartphone or Tablet

  1. Tap the meeting link in the email invite.
  2. You will redirected to meetings.ringcentral.com in your web browser.
  3. You will be prompted to download the RingCentral Meetings app through the app store for your device.
  4. Once the download is completed, select “Join a Meeting.”
  5. Enter the relevant meeting information provided in the email to complete.

Dial in with a Phone Number

Please note that when you dial in to a virtual program with your phone,  you will not see any video or chat messages.

  1. Call the dial-in phone number provided in the email from the library.
  2. An automated voice will answer to guide you through the login process. Follow the prompts to join the program.
